POLITICAL MARKETING CONFERENCE 2003

            Hosted by

            Middlesex University Business School
            18th - 20th September 2003
            House of Commons, London
            Thistle Hotel Islington, London

Middlesex University Business School are pleased to be hosting this,
the fourth annual Political Marketing Conference. This conference is
supported by the Academy of Marketing, the UK’s leading academic marketing
organisation. The success of past conferences has been based on the
developing recognition of the importance of political marketing and we fully
expect this, the 2003 conference, to be the most successful yet. As can be
seen from the make up of the organising committee the conference attracts
considerable interest from outside the UK and we would particularly
encourage colleagues from overseas for whom we would extend a cordial
welcome. Given the focus of the conference (political strategy: theory meets
practice) we would particularly encourage participation by political
professionals. The committee would also welcome the participation and
contribution of political scientists and marketing academics to this
conference.
